Incentive trips are an opportunity to reward your top performing employees or to thank your most lucrative clients. We have always been believers in calling a spade a spade, and thus we don't think that ther is any point in pretending that these trips are anything but what they are - shameless and indulgent rewards for services rendered.

That said, we also believe that if your going to reward someone, there is no point in doing it by half measures or in cheaping out. If you want someone to feel valued, then give them something valuable - a once-in-a-lifetime experience orchestrated by seasoned experts such as ourselves. At DreamCar Travel, we design and stage authentic and deeply personal travel experiences that are carefully choreographed to induce a life-long memory.

In terms of the kind of trip incentive or reward, you can give them out individually or in a group depending on your preference. For individual rewards, we recommend any of our regular trips (either independent or escorted), while for groups we recommend our private trips. Regular trips. We run escorted trips and independent trips on all 7 continents according to themes ranging from culinary expeditions to luxury adventures. These trips are perfectly designed for companies looking to reward employees or customers with an incentive travel experience that isn’t “been there…done that” or to rejuvenate senior executives who are simply burnt out by the demands of the job. Private Trips. We also plan private trips for corporations on a regular basis. A private trip is basically any Driventravel trip that is not open to the general public. There are two forms of private trips:

  • Block Trips - a block trip is a private trip based on any of our current or previous itineraries (which have already been researched, planned and priced). The easiest way to build a block trip is to simply to take over an existing departure date with your group or reserve a new date at your convenience.
  • Custom trips - a custom trip is a private trip built from scratch to reflect the unique needs and interests of your group. Since creating a custom trip and confirming availability takes longer than taking over a block trip, we recommend that you contact us as soon as you have an idea of when and where you want to travel.
