Imagine an old farmer standing in a sloping golden-hued field, face wizened by the sun, hands calloused by years of hard labour. He bends over the contorted root of an old vine and plucks a plump grape from the row. He holds it up to the sun and rolls it between his fingers, examining its density and ripeness, and then breaks it open to give you a taste of it sweetness. In that moment, when the juice makes contact with your tongue, you can sense instantly the terroir that emanates from the hallowed soil, a distinct and mystical element imparted to all the legendary wine of Burgundy that defies description - it must be tasted to be known.

If you want to experience moments of pure magic, then travelling is an imperative, not a choice. As with the terroir of Burgundy, certain things need to be experienced in order to be known. While we won't necessarily promise to change your life, we do promise to create the conditions in which true spontaneity flourishes. In our opinion, the question is not so much "Why should I do it ?", but rather "When should I do it?"
